Shipping policy

Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications.

This policy helps us process orders efficiently and minimize errors. Additionally, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and review order details before making a purchase.

To prevent delayed processing please ensure that you are using the registered billing address for  the card being used. Our system automatically flags orders when the information is incorrect. Orders flagged will experience delayed processing until verified or receive a cancellation email. This is to protect us against fraudulent orders.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, for order processing. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 

Please Note: Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, as all shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination or carrier delays.

If your item was damaged or lost by mail, please contact USPS to start a claim, We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is Issued.

 

Packages that are returned to us in cases where the wrong address was provided, the customer will be required to repay the shipping fee before the order is reshipped.

Refund Policy

We have a No refund, No exchange & no return policy.

Due to hygiene reasons, We strive to maintain the highest level of sanitation. Items cannot be resold.

This applies to all items sold in our store.

Pre Order Policy

Please allow up to 14-21 business days to receive your order. Although delivery times will be shortened If we have a shipment In transit during the time your order Is placed.

If you are placing an order for more than one item, please place a separate order for any items stating PRE ORDER. This will ensure your other items will ship at the normal processing time.
