To prevent delayed processing please ensure that you are using the registered billing address for the card being used. Our system automatically flags orders when the information is incorrect. Orders flagged will experience delayed processing until verified or receive a cancelation email. This Is to protect us against fraudulent orders.
Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 3-5 business days (M-F) from the purchase date for processing. Excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order Is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number Included.
Please Note: Once an order is processed and has arrived at USPS It Is their duty to get the package to you in a timely manner, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. All shipping times are estimated therefore will vary depending on the final destination.
If your item was damaged or lost by mail, please contact USPS to start a claim, We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is Issued.
Packages that are returned to us in cases where the wrong address was provided, the customer will be required to repay the shipping fee before the order is reshipped.

Pre Order Policy
Please allow up to 14-21 business days to receive your order. Although delivery times will be shortened If we have a shipment In transit during the time your order Is placed.
If you are placing an order for more than one item, please place a separate order for any items stating PRE ORDER. This will ensure your other items will ship at the normal processing time.
